Using insurance on ViaThera
Many ViaThera therapists are credentialed with Colorado Medicaid and commercial plans and bill your plan directly under their own NPI. ViaThera is a technology platform, not a billing agency — your therapist is always the biller of record, and we handle the scheduling, documentation, and claim tracking that supports them.
Commercial insurance
Therapists on ViaThera are credentialing with major Colorado plans including Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. If your therapist is in-network with your plan, they bill it directly under their own NPI.
