Last Updated: June 3, 2026

Our Commitment

ViaThera is committed to making our platform accessible to people of all abilities, including parents, caregivers, therapists, and children with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C.

Measures We Take

  • Design and develop with semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and keyboard-navigable controls.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
  • Provide alternative text for meaningful images and labels for form inputs.
  • Support screen readers including VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS.
  • Test new features on mobile and desktop with assistive technologies.
  • Train our team on accessibility best practices.

Conformance Status

ViaThera is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate any gaps.
