ViaThera is a technology platform, not a billing agency or clearinghouse. Therapists who are credentialed with commercial insurance or Colorado Medicaid bill your plan directly under their own NPI. For all other sessions, superbills are automatically generated after each session, and families can use Thrizer independently for out-of-network reimbursement.
For Therapists:
All therapists are independent contractors, not employees. You're responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and licensure.
