Authorize all payers listed above in your DataSpring Provider Data Portal profile. Authorization is free and takes seconds. Payers will not begin credentialing review until you have authorized them — and because you contract with each payer directly under your own NPI, adding authorizations now means no delays in your own credentialing.
For families
Your therapist bills your plan directly under their own NPI; ViaThera helps them verify coverage before each session. If no therapist on the platform is credentialed with your payer yet, you can still book through private pay and use a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
